General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Praxis Anzhelika Wyss (sole proprietorship) and clients, regarding the services offered on the website wyss-aesthetik.ch and in the practice. The practice provides services in the field of complementary therapy (in particular acupressure) as well as aesthetic health treatments (icoone® micro-stimulation) and wellness massages. By using a service, making an appointment or purchasing an offer, the client confirms having read and accepted these GTC.

The services described on the website and in the practice are non-binding offers. Changes to services and prices are reserved at any time. An appointment or order constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. A contract is formed once the practice confirms the appointment by email or booking confirmation. No specific treatment outcome is guaranteed (no healing promise). The methods offered are complementary to conventional medicine and do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy.

Appointments can be made online, by phone, email or WhatsApp. Confirmed appointments are binding for both parties.

Cancellation: Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before treatment. For cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows, the full treatment price will be charged. Free short-notice cancellation is only possible in exceptional circumstances by arrangement (e.g. acute illness with early notification).

Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before treatment.

Late arrival: Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment. The full price is charged. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Treatment may be refused if the client arrives in an unsuitable condition (e.g. under the strong influence of alcohol).

Cancellation by the practice: The practice reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for important reasons (e.g. illness). Amounts already paid will be credited or refunded. Further claims (e.g. travel costs) are excluded.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The practice is not subject to VAT. Prices valid at the time of booking apply. Payment is due directly after treatment in cash, via Twint or card. Treatment Packages are payable in advance; 0% instalment payments are available for 10 and 15 session plans.

For invoice payments, the payment term is 30 days. In case of default, the practice is entitled to charge default interest of 5% p.a. and reminder fees (1st reminder CHF 10, 2nd CHF 30, 3rd CHF 60).

Treatment Packages include multiple icoone® treatments at a preferential price. Treatment Packages are personal and non-transferable. The package price must be paid in full before the first treatment (0% instalment payments are available for 10 and 15 session plans).

Validity: Treatment Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The practice recommends using the sessions regularly within this period for optimal results.

Early termination: In the event of early termination of a Treatment Package, sessions used will be charged at the individual session price. The difference will be refunded. The icoone® suit remains with the client.

Unused sessions: Sessions not used within the validity period expire without replacement. Should the practice be unable to provide services for reasons attributable to it (e.g. business closure, prolonged illness), the remaining balance will be refunded.

The icoone® original suit costs CHF 50 (one-off for individual treatments and Introductory Package, included from the Recommended Course onwards). The suit becomes the property of the client upon purchase. For hygiene reasons, it is personal and non-transferable. A replacement suit can be purchased at the current price if damaged or lost.

Gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of issue (Art. 128 CO). They are transferable. Cash redemption is excluded. Remaining balances are preserved until expiry. No replacement for loss or theft.

Acupressure treatments are billed as an EMR-certified therapist via supplementary insurance for complementary medicine. You will receive a reimbursement receipt (Tarif 590) by email after each treatment. The reimbursement amount depends on your insurance policy – check with your health insurer in advance. icoone® and wellness massages are NOT covered by health insurance.

Clients are obliged to provide complete and truthful information about all treatment-relevant circumstances – in particular pre-existing conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy or infectious diseases. This information must be provided before the first session and updated proactively. Treatment success depends significantly on active cooperation and individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.

The practice provides its services with care and according to current professional knowledge. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damages is excluded. In particular, no liability is assumed for failed treatment outcomes or damages attributable to undisclosed circumstances. For personal injury and damages resulting from gross negligence or intent, the practice is liable under statutory provisions (Art. 100 para. 1 CO). No liability is assumed for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises.

The practice maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information entrusted during treatment. This duty of secrecy is unlimited in time. Statutory disclosure and reporting obligations are reserved.

The Privacy Policy applies and forms an integral part of these GTC.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the court responsible for the registered office of the practice in Switzerland (Bezirksgericht Bülach, Canton of Zurich). The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected (severability clause). Changes to these GTC will be published on the website. The version valid at the time of the contract is authoritative.
