No. Most clients describe icoone® as a pleasant massage. The micro-stimulation works gently yet deeply. No downtime – you can continue your day right after. Occasionally mild redness or, rarely, small bruises can occur; both usually subside within a few days.
Many clients report firmer skin and lighter legs after the very first session. How quickly visible changes appear is individual and depends on the initial condition, skin type and lifestyle. For a systematic course I recommend a treatment series, for example the Recommended Course.
For women and men of all ages and skin types. Sensitive and vascular skin can also be treated. During pregnancy, treatment takes place only after prior medical consultation; the abdominal and lumbar-abdominal region is not treated.
Endermologie (LPG®) uses motorised rollers that stretch the skin. icoone® uses treatment heads with a matrix of micro-pores for vacuum micro-stimulation – gentler, more precise and more effective. Thousands of impulses per minute instead of mechanical rolling.

We discuss your goals, I analyse your skin and create your personal treatment plan. The first treatment can follow immediately. The initial consultation is free.
Drink plenty of water. Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals right before your appointment. No special preparation needed.
Drink enough water. Light exercise is recommended. No hot baths or sauna for 24 hours.

Yes. The manufacturer excludes: open wounds, eyes, intracavitary areas, mucous membranes, the genital area and nipples, persistent pain of unknown cause, infectious diseases, developing tumours and phlebitis. During pregnancy the abdominal and lumbar-abdominal region is not treated and prior medical advice is required. After invasive medical procedures and on swollen or inflamed areas, medical advice must be obtained beforehand and the treatment is carried out only with the corresponding manufacturer training. In the case of previous tumours or tumours in remission, medical advice must be obtained beforehand. This list is not exhaustive – if in doubt, medical advice must be obtained before treatment.
