The Treatment
Relaxation massage uses gentle to medium strokes and kneading. High-quality massage oil nourishes the skin and supports the flowing movements. The treatment can include back, neck, legs, arms and face as desired.
For a first time, I recommend 90 minutes – enough time to truly let go and treat the whole body.
Prices
Massage 90 min.

Reduce stress sustainably? Acupressure as a complement
When stress is chronic and persists between massages, acupressure can deepen the approach. It is used as a complement for stress-related complaints and can support relaxation – reimbursement via supplementary insurance is possible depending on your policy.
FAQ – Relaxation Massage
Yes, mild tension can be released well. For chronic or severe hardening I recommend a deep tissue massage or trigger point treatment instead.
Yes, on request I use essential oils such as lavender or eucalyptus. Just mention it to me before the session.
For lasting stress reduction I recommend one session every 2–4 weeks. Even as a one-off break the relaxation massage is valuable.
For pain with radiation, numbness, fever, after an accident or with a one-sided swollen leg, please seek medical assessment first. When massage is not suitable
