From week 13 of pregnancy. Evidence for the first trimester is limited – the available studies only included women from around week 12 onwards. As a precaution I therefore offer pregnancy massage only after that point.

Yes, with a normal pregnancy course. Gentle techniques in side position, without pressure on the abdominal area. For high-risk pregnancy please consult your doctor first.
