Questions from international clients
I’m only in Zurich for a few days: is a single session worth it?
After a single icoone® session, many describe a lighter body feeling; changes to the tissue need a series. For travellers: a 90-minute massage after the flight or acupressure for tension and sleep problems is also worthwhile as a single treatment.
Can you bill my Swiss health insurance?
Only acupressure can be reimbursed through Swiss supplementary insurance, depending on the insurance product and recognition by the insurer. I am EMR-certified (tariff 590). You pay directly after the treatment and submit the receipt to your insurer.
Do you have experience with post-pregnancy skin concerns?
Yes. Skin laxity, stretch marks, diastasis-related softness around the abdomen, and lymphatic issues after C-sections are among the most common reasons women come to me. After giving birth, treatment starts once the wound has healed and your doctor or midwife agrees; during breastfeeding, only the breast area is not treated.
How far in advance should I book?
The easiest way is the online booking tool. It shows the current free slots in real time, including evening appointments. For short-notice requests, send me a WhatsApp.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment; for later cancellations or no-shows, the full treatment price applies. If your flight schedule might shift, let me know when booking and we will find a solution.
