Frequently asked
Questions from international clients
For body contouring and cellulite, a single icoone® session gives immediate lymphatic effects but needs follow-up to show structural changes. For travellers: a 90-minute jet-lag recovery massage or acupressure session for tension/sleep issues works beautifully as a one-off.
Only acupressure is reimbursable through Swiss supplementary insurance (Zusatzversicherung). I'm EMR-certified (tariff 590). You pay me directly after the treatment, then submit the receipt to your insurer. Reimbursement is usually 50–90% depending on your plan.
Yes. Skin laxity, stretch marks, diastasis-related softness around the abdomen, and lymphatic issues after C-sections are among the most common reasons women come to me. icoone® is safe from 3 months postpartum (not on the abdomen if actively breastfeeding).
Daytime slots: 3–5 days ahead. Evening slots after 17:00: plan 1–2 weeks ahead, especially Thursdays and Saturdays. Same-day appointments occasionally possible — send a WhatsApp.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Shorter notice: 50% of the treatment price. If you have a flight schedule that might shift, let me know at booking — I'm flexible with travellers.
