Deep Tissue Massage – release chronic tension
When classic massage is no longer enough: deep tissue massage reaches deeper muscle layers and fascia. Slow, targeted strokes release even stubborn tension – for noticeable relief from chronic complaints.

Chronic Tension
Tightness that has persisted for weeks or months and does not respond to gentle massage
Fascial adhesions

Deep tightness in the trapezius and shoulder area from poor posture
SI joint complaints
Pain in the sacroiliac joint area from shortened and tense hip muscles

Massage 90 min.
For chronic complaints, I recommend 90 minutes – enough time for thorough deep work.
Complement: Acupressure (health insurance)
For chronic or stress-related complaints, acupressure can complement massage effectively. The TCM approach regulates the nervous system sustainably – and is covered by health insurance via supplementary cover.
FAQ – Deep Tissue Massage
