FAQ – Sports Massage

Bei regelmässigem Training empfehle ich alle 1–2 Wochen eine Sportmassage. In der Wettkampfvorbereitung kann ein engerer Rhythmus sinnvoll sein.

Leichte Bewegung ist möglich. Intensives Training besser auf den nächsten Tag verschieben – die Muskulatur braucht Zeit, um die Behandlung zu verarbeiten.

Absolut. Auch bei 2–3 Trainingseinheiten pro Woche entstehen muskuläre Belastungen, die von regelmässiger Massage profitieren.
