Relaxation massage uses gentle to medium strokes and kneading. High-quality massage oil nourishes the skin and supports the flowing movements. The treatment can include back, neck, legs, arms and face as desired.

For a first time, I recommend 90 minutes – enough time to truly let go and treat the whole body.

Ja, sanfte Verspannungen lassen sich gut lösen. Bei chronischen oder starken Verhärtungen empfehle ich jedoch eine Tiefengewebsmassage oder Triggerpunktbehandlung.

Ja, auf Wunsch verwende ich ätherische Öle wie Lavendel oder Eukalyptus. Sprich mich einfach vor der Behandlung darauf an.

Für nachhaltige Stressreduktion empfehle ich alle 2–4 Wochen eine Sitzung. Auch einmalig als Auszeit ist die Entspannungsmassage wertvoll.
